Common questions
How do my to-dos sync between devices?
Through your own iCloud account. Make sure you're signed in to iCloud with the same Apple Account on each device and that iCloud is turned on for Even in Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
What is Brain Dump?
Hold the + button to open it. Type or paste everything on your mind, and Even splits it into separate to-dos, picking out dates, times, projects and tags. You review the list before anything is saved.
Which iPhones get the smarter capture?
On iPhones that support Apple Intelligence, Even uses Apple's on-device model to read what you type. Other iPhones use simpler pattern matching. Either way, your text never leaves your device.
Can I bring my to-dos from Things?
Yes. Go to Settings and choose Import from Things, then pick your Things database file. Your Things data is only read, never changed.
How do I change the look?
Settings → Theme lets you choose the background colour, icon style and more. Dark backgrounds switch the app into dark mode.
How do I delete my data?
Use Settings → Data → Erase All To-Dos. To remove synced data from iCloud, go to your device's Settings → [your name] → iCloud.
